Return and Exchange Policy

  1. The Products must have been purchased within the last seven (07) days, and should meet the following criteria:
  • Products must belong to the approved return and exchange product category.
  • The Products for which wrong prices are either charged or displayed on the app/site.
  • The Products which have wrong or damaged packaging.
  • Wrong Product/Model/Variant/Size/Color
  1. The Products covered under return and exchange policy shall only be accepted if they are properly packed, and are in sellable condition.
  2. The customer will bear the logistics cost for the collection of items that are to be refunded or exchanged.

Products that are not covered under the Return and Exchange policy:

  1. The Products which have incomplete accessories/freebies/FOC at the time of return.
  2. Change of mind is not acceptable.

Refund Procedure

  1. Upon acceptance of the return/exchange request, the customer will be notified on the app/site.
  2. In case of a return, the purchase amount will be topped up in the customer’s wallet excluding shipping charges (if applicable)
  3. In case of exchange, the customer will be informed on the app/site about the scheduled delivery date and time.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any that does not meet the return conditions at our sole discretion.
